WHAT TO EXPECT

Filler appointments typically last one hour, with time spent discussing your needs and goals and 30-45 minutes injecting, depending on the treatment area.

Your treatment begins with a consultation. We’ll discuss your concerns and overall goals, then I will walk you through the treatment areas and map out where the dermal filler will be injected and how much is required to achieve your desired results and nothing more.
Skin is cleansed and a topical numbing creme is applied. I’ll begin artfully injecting into the treatment areas, based on your consultation and aesthetic goals.
After the procedure, you may experience swelling, bruising, or redness at the injection sites, which usually subsides within 2 weeks.
I’ll provide you aftercare instructions, which include avoiding direct sun exposure, heavy exercise, or touching the treated areas for a short period.
Results are often visible immediately or within a few days as swelling subsides.

For example, adding hydration and minimal volume to the lip, patients will typically require a $400 half syringe treatment. Those looking to add more substantial volume and an enhanced contour typically require a $700 full syringe treatment. In the cheeks, chin, and peri-oral area, just over a full syringe is typically required.
DO DERMAL FILLERS HURT?
While everyone’s pain tolerance is different, most patients report only mild discomfort during filler injections. At INNERBLOOM, I’ll apply a topical numbing agent to help ease discomfort. Some swelling and tenderness after the procedure are common, but generally subside within 2 weeks.
